Lfc Block Operational Agreement

These documents relating to synchronous zone operational agreements and LFC Block operational agreements are contained in two documents containing text on legislative articles and aim to present GB`s operational rules in line with the EU framework, thus facilitating increased cross-border security cooperation and facilitating the development of cross-border clearing services with regard to the sharing and exchange of rt reserves. The documents submitted for public consultation shall contain the methods of Articles 118 and 119 of the SOGL, which are also referred to in Points 6(3)(d), Point (e) of Article 6(3) and Article 11 for public consultation prior to the approval of NRAs. For clarification, additional articles which are not subject to public consultation or authorisation by NRAs shall be inserted in Title 3 of those documents at the end of that publication consultation, but before their publication. NGET consults the proposal for company agreements for synchronous zones and company agreements for the LFC block in order to gather input and views from stakeholders on these proposals and to meet the requirements of Article 11 of Regulation 2017/1485 (SOGL). before 12 months after sogl`s entry into force on September 14, 2018, must develop synchronous zone operational agreements and LFC Block operational agreements. This consultation concerns the DNGET proposals for company agreements on synchronised surfaces and LFC block operating agreements on charging frequency control and reserves, in accordance with Article 118 and Article 119 respectively of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 on 27 August 2017 establishing a Guideline for the Operation of Electricity Transmission Systems (SOGL).
